About the event
Join Friends of the Río Grande del Norte for a late-fall morning of birding in Orilla Verde! We’ll caravan to several riverside viewing spots to observe birds and enjoy the landscape together.
November 21 | 8:30–10:30 AM
Meet at the Rio Grande Gorge Visitor Center in Pilar.
Dress warmly, bring water, and pack binoculars if you have them. Participants will travel between viewing locations by vehicle.
This event is weather dependent. Extreme cold or snow may require us to adjust or postpone our plans.
