Join Taos Ski Valley & Friends of the Rio Grande del Norte for a free Community Day in Pilar on Saturday, July 11, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at Far Flung Adventures Riverside.
Spend a summer day connecting with the Rio Grande & enjoying the outdoors alongside friends, family, & community members. Whether you're interested in spending time by the river, floating downstream, playing volleyball, or simply relaxing in a beautiful setting, this event is a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy one of Northern New Mexico's most treasured landscapes.
Participants will have the option to enjoy a self-guided float down to the Far Flung beach area. Shuttle assistance will be available, & those interested in floating are encouraged to bring their own inner tube, inflatable kayak, or other appropriate craft. Rental options may be available through Far Flung Adventures.
